Leadership at all levels is a requirement for thriving in times of change; rapid response to change in this complex environment cannot be made alone. Learning to use the strengths of a group as the fulcrum for change makes the task much less daunting and positions the group to thrive.
Description
During the workshop, exercises and discussion will allow participants to explore these statements and their own trepidations. Participants will explore the appreciative approach through exercises and use other exercises to listen to discover common ground. In this workshop participants will learn to be constructive partners with change and use it to amplify the health of the organization.
